    • Designed the solution, both technical and non-technical
    • Created project plan and budget
    • Created service offerings based on industry pain points
    • Built relationships with vendor partners
  • Founded the Center of Excellence for Enterprise Content Management with 70 members to build collateral and knowledge share for Implementation and Sales & Marketing
  • Developed strategic capabilities for such initiatives as ARRA (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act)
  • Trained in-house staff about data management and opportunities through weekly evening online brown bag sessions
