Electronic Discovery and Information Governance

  • Creating plans with client IT staff to approach 30(b)(6) depositions
  • Lead Planning and Kickoff of project, including conduct client meetings, assist the client in determining their environment by creating a pre-implementation checklist, determine and review staffing requirements, document the configuration and use cases, and establish an architectural design
  • Implement Kazeon system, including configuring the Linux appliances, configuring Active Directory, registering data repositories, validate system performance and progression, assist in remediating errors, implement scheduled backups, and provide knowledge transfer.
  • Developed strategies with client attorneys to approach “Meet and Confer” Amended Rule 26 (f), Cost and Burden, to determine reasonableness
  • Led engagements to implement the EMC’s early case assessment appliance-Kazeon and developing strategies for compliance and litigation workflow
