Creating plans with client IT staff to approach 30(b)(6) depositions
Lead Planning and Kickoff of project, including conduct client meetings, assist the client in determining their environment by creating a pre-implementation checklist, determine and review staffing requirements, document the configuration and use cases, and establish an architectural design
Implement Kazeon system, including configuring the Linux appliances, configuring Active Directory, registering data repositories, validate system performance and progression, assist in remediating errors, implement scheduled backups, and provide knowledge transfer.
Developed strategies with client attorneys to approach “Meet and Confer” Amended Rule 26 (f), Cost and Burden, to determine reasonableness
Led engagements to implement the EMC’s early case assessment appliance-Kazeon and developing strategies for compliance and litigation workflow
