Developed and introduced emerging technologies, such as;

• Streamlined company communication and collaboration by introducing Netscape’s Enterprise Server Suite: Messenger, Proxy, Calendar, and news groups.
• Created standards and designs for the internal web pages for all departments.
• Developed a LDAP structure that would include all acquired businesses.
• Coordinated systems integration, and assimilation of acquired companies, including data and telephone for the following companies: CGRMC, Pioneer Financial, Travelers Insurance, Washington National, and Colonial Penn.
